Gnawa Diffusion
Gnawa Diffusion is a world music group that was founded by the singer Amazigh Kateb in June 1992 in Grenoble. Kateb is the son of Algerian writer Kateb Yacine. His lyrics are in Arabic, French and English. The North African- inspired music of the group is based on Chaabi, Gnawa, rock and reggae.
