Goat Iceland is an island off the South Island in New Zealand's Otago region. The island is in north-south direction and 400 m in east- west direction, 150 m. It is located between Port Chalmers in the north and east, and the larger island Quarantine Iceland in the southeast right in Otago Harbour.

Under the agreement with the Ngai Tahu in 1996, the island received as part of the official name of the original Māori name Rangiriri on German Mad sky.

The entire island is since 2001 registered in the name Goat Iceland / Rangiriri Historic Area as historically valuable area in the New Zealand Historic Places Trust under number 7504.
