Rendezvous with Death (Original Title: Golden Rendezvous) is based on the novel by Alistair MacLean thriller from 1977.

Action

The cruise ship converted old merchant ship SS Campari crosses with his passengers in the Caribbean. But even before the expiry accumulate strange events. First could be put out to sea due to sabotage only belatedly, after a member of the crew disappear without a trace.

Finally, the ship is hijacked and taken over the ship along with some previously disguised as passengers criminals. The crew is captured, including the first officer Johnny Carter, who claims to be injured. It turns out that it is not concerned with identifying SS Campari, their goal is rather a loaded with gold freighter. In addition, they have managed to smuggle a stolen atomic bomb on board, which they plan to blackmail in a big way.

Johnny Carter manages to escape and thwart the plans of criminals, where he saves the lives of passengers and crews.
