Google Keep

Google Keep is a since March 20, 2013 asked by Google to Scratchpad service that allows you to manage text, voice and picture notes. Available for Android and is Google Keep on the browser. Meanwhile, there's an app for Google Chrome that also works offline and notes synchronized with the Google account, once you are back online.
