Gov't Mule
Gov't Mule ( English pronunciation " Government Mule " ) is an American rock band formed in 1994 by guitarist and vocalist Warren Haynes and bassist Allen Woody (both members of the Allman Brothers Band ) and drummer Matt Abts (formerly among others, the Dickey Betts band) was founded.
Allen Woody died in 2000 and was replaced in 2003 by Andy Hess, who played before with the Black Crowes. In the same year was added keyboardist Danny Louis, whereby the original line-up was expanded as a power trio. 2008 Jorgen Carlsson Andy Hess replaced on bass.
Gov't Mule is one of the first bands to use the new marketing opportunities the internet, every concert of the band can be purchased on their website at Mule Tracks in very good quality via download for purchase. It also allows their fans to make live recordings of their performances for non-commercial purposes and replaced.
