Grace Elvina, Marchioness Curzon of Kedleston of (actually Grace Elvina Hinds, born April 14, 1879 in Alabama, † May 27 1958 in London) was a wealthy American high society lady.

Life

Grace Elvina was the daughter of Joseph Monroe Hinds, U.S. ambassador to Brazil, and his wife Lucy Triglia. She attended the prestigious girls' boarding school Miss Porter 's School in Farmington. In 1897, the only 18 -year-old Grace married the landowner and cultural attaché Alfred Hubert Duggan of Buenos Aires. From the joint marriage came two sons, Alfred and Leo Hubert forth.
