Reception

In the magazine Rock Hard Andreas Sky Stone wrote that the plate is something for those who " suffer more than 60 bpm under stress attacks " on: " Would the Swedes every now and again a bit more gas, would you Beard Rock a whole corner of vital therefore. So the whole thing is in the long run but a little too tough. " He forgave six out of ten. Brian O'Neill of Allmusic wrote, Grand Magus appeared in a " time capsule " trapped, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. The rating was three stars out of five.
