Gregoor van Dijk

Gregoor van Dijk ( born November 16, 1981 in Groningen) is a Dutch football player. Since summer 2010, the midfielder is in the Cypriot first division club AEK Larnaca under contract.

Career

Van Dijk came to the 1998/99 season in the first team of FC Groningen. After only a few uses in his first year, he made ​​his breakthrough in the following year. After another good season, the midfielder moved in summer 2001 to Roda JC Kerkrade. There he was in five years starting players and performers of the team. Coaches like Wiljan Vloet and Huub Stevens took him to this time forth in its development. Finally, van Dijk joined the game time 2006/ 07 to league rival FC Utrecht. On 27 June 2008 he extended his contract there to 2012. In the summer of 2010, van Dijk left the Netherlands and moved to AEK Larnaca in the Cypriot First Division.
