Grenadier (Manga)

Grenadier (Japaneseグレネーダー, Gurenēdā ) is a manga series by Sōsuke Kaise, published from 2003 to 2005. The manga was translated into English and German, and adapted into a 12 - episode anime series.

Action

In feudal times the population of Japan is suffering the atrocities of civil war in the fight, the traditional Samurai and the Senshi warriors with modern firearms, merciless. Tokyopop brought the manga in English, and from 2006 to 2008 out in German. The translation is by Claudia Peter.

Anime adaptation

When produced by animation studio Group TAC and Studio Live Anime series Hiroshi Kōjina directed. The character design designed Hideki Inoue and the artistic director Yukio Abe took over. The series ran from 15 October 2004 until January 14, 2005 shortly after midnight (and thus on the previous TV day ) in the Japanese TV station WOWOW.
