Grzegorz Kaszak

Grzegorz Kaszak ( born February 24, 1964 in Choszczno, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland) is Bishop of Sosnowiec.

Life

The Bishop of Szczecin - Kamien, Kazimierz January Majdański, ordained him a priest on 18 June 1989.

Pope Benedict XVI. appointed him on 10 November 2007 Secretary of the Pontifical Council for the Family and on 4 February 2009 as Bishop of Sosnowiec. The episcopal ordination comforts him, the Polish Primate, Cardinal Jozef Glemp, on 28 March of the same year; Stanisław Cardinal Dziwisz were co-consecrators, Archbishop of Krakow, Stanislaw and Nowak, Archbishop of Częstochowa. As a motto he chose facere voluntatem tuam ( " Your will do ").
