Roman Catholic Diocese of Sosnowiec

The Diocese of Sosnowiec (Latin: Dioecesis Sosnoviensis, poln: Diecezja sosnowiecka ) is located in Poland Roman Catholic diocese based in Sosnowiec.

History

The Diocese of Sosnowiec was established on 25 March 1992 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Totus Tuus Poloniae populus of annexations of the Archdioceses of Częstochowa and Kraków, and of the Diocese of Kielce and the Archdiocese of Częstochowa assumed as suffragan.
