GSU Sports Arena

The GSU Sports Arena (also Georgia State Sports Arena ) is a multi-purpose arena at Georgia State University in Atlanta.

History

The construction of the GSU Sports Arena began in 1972; In 1973, the arena was completed. In 1996, the sports venue to host the Olympic badminton competition was used. The main hall can accommodate 4,500 spectators. The Arena unteilt into four levels. In the first there is the athletics department of the University, in the second locker rooms, in the third the main hall. Spread the stands on the third and fourth level. The main users are the university, basketball and volleyball.
