Guangji Temple

The Guangji Temple (Chinese广济寺, Pinyin Guangji si) is a famous Buddhist temple on the Fuchengmen Road in Beijing's Xicheng District. The temple was originally built in the time of the Jin Dynasty (1125-1234) built and later expanded several times. It is the seat of the Chinese Buddhist Society ( Zhongguo fojiao xiehui ), the nation's largest organization of Buddhists in China.

The Guangji Temple is located since 2006 in the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 6-310 ). He is one of the National Chinese Buddhism temple of focus on Han Chinese territory.
