Guerra is a place in the U.S. state of Texas in Jim Hogg County.

Shortly after 1900, the Mexican landowners A. Guerra founded the place, which was initially called El Colorado. 1906 Guerra was a coaching inn. 1914 was home to the place about one hundred inhabitants, and 16 companies. From 1920 to the late 1960s, there were about fifty people in Guerra. In the 1970s, the population increased to 75, and the location served as a supply center for the surrounding ranches.
