Guido da Vigevano

Guido da Vigevano (* 1280, † by 1349 ) was an Italian physician and inventor.

Guido da Vigevano was physician to Queen Joan of France. He created first dissecting and autopsy instructions for teaching purposes. For an upcoming crusade of Philip of France, he developed armored chariots, crank - and wind-powered car and siege machines. In the drawings, there is no geometrically constructed perspective.
