Guiomar Novaes

Guiomar Novaes ( born February 28, 1896 in São João da Boa Vista, Brazil, † March 7, 1979 in São Paulo) was a Brazilian pianist.

Life

You already played as an eight- year-old piano. With a scholarship she could complete her studies at the Paris Conservatory with Isidore Philipp, 1911 where she received a 1st prize. She debuted in 1916 in the United States. Since 1922 she was married to the composer Octavio Pinto.
