Guizhou University

The Guizhou University ( Abbreviation: Gui Da; Abbreviation:贵州 大学, Pinyin: Guizhou Daxue ) is a public university in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province China.

History

The predecessor institution, the so-called " Guizhou Institute of Higher Learning ", was founded in 1902. This institute was later divided into the provinces of Guizhou University, the State College of Agriculture and Engineering, and governmental Guizhou University.

In 1997, the Guizhou University was merged with the Agricultural College, the School of Art Guizhou and the agricultural training center for the squad.

In 2004, this university was merged again with another university and formed the present Guizhou University.
