Gümüşova

Gümüşova is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Düzce. The village is located about 20 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Düzce.

The district is located in the west of the province. It is bordered to the north by Cumayeri, to the east by Çilimli and the central district, to the south Gölyaka and the west by the province of Sakarya. The city and county crosses from west to east, the highway D-100, which leads coming from Edirne via Istanbul to Erzurum to the Iranian border. Parallel to it a little further south the European Route 80, which takes a similar course. The city is located in the plane Düzce Ovasi, in the northwest of the circle are the foothills Akçakoca Dağları.
