Gunnar Bragi Sveinsson

Gunnar Bragi Sveinsson ( born June 9, 1968 in Sauðárkrókur ) is an Icelandic politician of the Progress Party.

He graduated in 1995 at the University of Iceland. Since 2009 he is member of the Icelandic parliament Althingi for the North West constituency. He is Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Progressive Party and a member of the Committee on Industry. Since 23 May 2013, is Foreign Minister in the Cabinet Sigmundur Davíð Gunnlaugsson.
