Gwyn Prosser

Gwynfor Matthew Prosser (* April 27, 1943 in Swansea ) is a British politician. He is a member of the Labour Party and was elected to the British House of Commons for the electoral district of Dover for the first time in 1997.

Prosser was elected to the city council of Dover in 1987 and was County Councillor ( comparable to a county council ) in the county of Kent.
