Ha Jung-eun

Ha Jung- eun (Korean 하정은; born April 26, 1987 in Busan) is a badminton player from South Korea.

Sporting career

Ha Jung- eun won the 2003 Norwegian International and the Canadian Open in women's doubles. In the Asia Junior Championship 2005, she won gold in mixed doubles with Lee Yong -dae. In 2007 she was once again successful in the Asian Junior Championship. Two years later, she took second place in the prestigious All England. In the Uber Cup in 2010 she became world champion with the South Korean team. In the 2012 Olympics she was Min -jung disqualified together with her partner Kim by the World Association for match-fixing from the games. In the final group game, the two showed visible not the will to win the game, as they would be taken at a subsequent defeat in the knockout stage on supposedly weaker opponents.
