The rooster bow is a 1,257 meter high mountain in the expansion area of the Bavarian Forest National Park between the more famous mountains Big Falkenstein and Big Rachel.

It offers an on rare bestie own rock summit a small cross on the summit, also you can see down at Zwiesel and rain. The cock arc is visited only by knowledgeable local hikers, since it is hard to find. The easiest ascent leads from Buchenau over the Lindberger shafts in about 2 hours to the summit, the last piece is not marked.
