Hajime Kanzaka

Hajime Kanzaka (Jap.神 坂 一, Kanzaka Hajime, born July 17, 1964 in Asago ) is a Japanese light novel writer.

In 1989, he won a Young Investigator Award of Fujimi Shobo - Verlag. For this publisher Kadokawa Shoten Publishing and its parent Kanzaka working ever since. His first publication, the author published in 1989 Gekkan Dragon Magazine. With Slayers, his most successful work, he began in the same year. He built Slayers from a series of novels, which appeared by 2011, including spin-offs in 59 volumes. From the series 20 million copies of books were sold. However, international notoriety gained the numerous manga and anime.
