Hakluyt & Company

Hakluyt & Company is a British consulting firm. It was founded in 1995 by Christopher James and Mike Reynolds. Hakluyt has its headquarters in London and offices in Singapore and New York.

Hakluyt shuns the public. The founders of the company were previously members of the British secret service Secret Intelligence Service ( MI6 ). 2001 came Hakluyt in the public debate, as it became known that Hakluyt had may attempt to subvert environmental organizations in order for the oil companies BP and Shell.

2012 was known by search of abgeordnetenwatch.de that Michael Fuchs, Member of Parliament and Vice - leader of the CDU parliamentary group, for years worked for Hakluyt without these side activities had been correctly specified. Fox defends itself against accusations of having veiled his side job aware.
