The Hamburg University [ hæmbɜ: gə ju ː ni ː ˌ vɜ siti ː ] is a training center of the company McDonald 's Corporation.

History

The training center was established in 1961 at a branch of McDonald 's Corporation in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Today it is located in Oak Brook, a suburb of Chicago ( USA) on a 32 -acre " campus ". The training center was established to train the personnel in different areas of the fast-food business. Average each class takes up to 200 people, a total of 5,000 students a year are there.
