Handstand
The handstand is a basic position in various sports.
Motion description
The hands are placed about shoulder width parallel to the substrate in question. The arms are fully extended and are in direct line below the body, the whole body weight on the hands. The legs and feet stretched by extending the body axis upwards. In addition to this fully stretched shape is possible and also to bend several different body parts.
Execution in different sports
