Hans-Georg Moldenhauer

Hans -Georg Moldenhauer ( born November 25, 1941 in Senst at Wittenberg) was football goalkeeper for 1 FC Magdeburg and its predecessors, and then was a sports official in the GDR and in West German football sports.

Career as a football player

Moldenhauer athletic career began in 1954 at the Sports Association motor center Magdeburg, from their football teams still active during Molderhauers first time was a section of the SC structure Magdeburg and later the 1st FC Magdeburg. With twelve years Moldenhauer played in the youth team first as a midfielder. Career as a sports official

In addition to his age and professional reasons for the end of playing career were crucial. Moldenhauer had received an offer from SKET Magdeburg heavy machinery, to work as a mechanical engineer in a position of responsibility. However, he remained a member of the 1st FC Magdeburg and became in 1975 part-time goalkeeping coach. Later he was elected to the board of the club. After filing the BStU Moldenhauer was conducted under the code name " Kurt Straube " as Societal staff of the Ministry for State Security (Stasi ) of the former GDR. He had declared his willingness to cooperate with the Stasi in April 1984 orally.
