Hans-Jürgen Baake

Hans -Jürgen Baake ( born March 2, 1954) is a former German football player.

In youth Baake played for MSV Duisburg, where she won the 1972 German A Youth Championship, where he scored the pre-decisive 1-0 from the penalty spot in the final against VfB Stuttgart.

His first professional contract he signed in 1972 at third division side VfL ​​Osnabrück, where he played two years and rise with him in 1974 in the 2nd Bundesliga.

At the end of the season Baake moved to first division side SV Wuppertal. At the end of the season the team got down to the 2nd league in which Baake eventually became a regular player and all season games completed.

This performance convinced the Bundesliga for Tennis Borussia Berlin, where he moved in 1976. But as in Wuppertal the team rose even at the end of the same season again. In his second season Baake was again first team regular, then played a half years but no longer in the league.

During the winter break 1978/79 Baake therefore moved to relegation-threatened local rivals Hertha BSC in the 1st Bundesliga. In his seventh deployment on the 32nd game against Borussia Dortmund, he was brutally fouled by his opponent Votava and then had to go with 26 years in the sport disability.
