Hans Mehlhorn

Hans Mehlhorn ( born January 15, 1900 in Aue, † 2 July 1983) was a German bobsledder.

1928 won the by this time his doctorate Hans Mehlhorn from Bobsportclub in Oberhof controlled by Otto Griebel Fünferbob the German championship title. Four years later, at the 1932 Olympic Games in Lake Placid was Mehlhorn as a brakeman for the four-man of Hanns Kilian. In the occupation Hanns Kilian, Max Ludwig, Hans Mehlhorn and Sebastian Huber of the German Bob finished third behind two U.S. bobs, where the distance to silver was about four seconds. The fourth-placed Swiss were in turn more than twelve seconds behind the German Bob back.
