The Hartland Bridge ( German: Hartland Bridge ) is on the Saint John River in Hartland in New Brunswick, Canada with 390.75 meters in length, the longest covered bridge in the world.

The 1901 completed bridge was acquired in 1906 by the local government. Originally, the bridge was not covered. It was not until 1920, two bridge elements were broken by freezing of the river, the bridge was opened in 1922 after its repair. This work was exploited despite local resistance for it to reshape the bridge as a covered bridge.

1945, a pedestrian walkway was added on the side of the bridge. In 1980 the bridge was added to the list of national- historical objects. 1982 had the bridge will be closed again when a vehicle on the bridge remained hanging from a beam. On 10 February 1983, the bridge was reopened to traffic.
