The Hassel is a right tributary of the Rappbode in the eastern Harz. The river atomic number is 5

Course

The Hassel rises south of stairs near the breakpoint Birkenmoor the Selketalbahn. In stairs it flows through the Upper and Lower Pond. The Hassel Hassel flows on to the field. After about 10 km flow distance it reaches the Hasselvorsperre. After the 21-meter high dam the Hassel opens in Rappbode reservoir in the Rappbode.
