Hawaiian Eye is an American crime drama, which was produced 1959-1963.

Action

In the center of the action is guided by Tracey Steele and his partner Tom Lopaka Hawaiian private detective and security firm Hawaiian Eye. In return for their services to the Hawaiian Village Hotel, the detective has a luxurious office on the premises.

Other protagonists are Cricket Blake, who works as a singer at the hotel bar, and equipped with the best connections taxi driver Kim Quisado. In later episodes, Greg McKenzie encounters added as a partner, and after the departure of Tracey Steele Philip Barton is part of the team.

Background

Hawaiian Eye was one of a series at the same time produced by Warner Bros. crime series. By means of action overlaps were the figures of Hawaiian Eye on in 77 Sunset Strip, New Orleans, Bourbon Street, and Surfside 6.

As guest stars appeared, among others, Efrem Zimbalist Jr., Adam West, George Takei, Warren Oates, Jack Nicholson, Fay Wray and Mary Tyler Moore.
