HD 108147

HD 108147 is a yellow dwarf in the constellation of the Southern Cross, close to the main star Acrux. He is somewhat more massive and brighter and significantly younger than the sun, but otherwise similar to her. HD 108147 is due to its distance too faint to be visible with the naked eye. Since 2000 it is known that he has at least one planet, HD 108147 b, from which it is orbiting at a distance of 0.102 astronomical units every 10.9 days.
