Heiko Weber ( born June 26, 1965 in Thale ) is a former German football player and current coach and team manager.

Career

In 1988 Heiko Weber of BSG Steel Thale for FC Carl Zeiss Jena and played there until 1998. Gameday On the 26th of last GDR Oberliga season ( NOFV- Oberliga ), on May 25, 1991, he scored in the game for Energie Cottbus shortly before the end of the strike in the 2-0 victory of Jena, and thus the last goal of the league. From April 2008 to June 2009 he was team manager at FC Erzgebirge Aue. In addition, he began training as a football coach at the Sports University in Cologne.

From 1 July 2009 to 31 May 2010 Weber returned to FC Carl Zeiss Jena, where he worked as sports director. Due to his training as a football coach, he worked part-time. The Instructor Training Weber has successfully completed on April 1, 2010. On 20 April 2011 the FC Carl Zeiss Jena announced that with immediate effect, Wolfgang Weber replaces Frank as coach. On 30 October 2011, the FC Carl Zeiss Jena announced after persistent failure to dismiss Weber. In July 2013 Weber took over the training of the Oberliga SSV Markranstadt.
