Heinrich Bassermann

Gustav Heinrich Bassermann (* July 12, 1849 in Frankfurt am Main, † August 29 1909 in Samedan, Switzerland ) was a German Protestant theologian.

He was a son of Frederick Daniel Bassermann.

In 1876 he was an associate professor of practical theology and 1880 full professor at the University of Heidelberg. From 1886 he was director of the 1886 Baden Seminary. To 1875-1900 he edited the magazine for practical theology along with Rudolph Ehlers.
