Heinrich Joseph Johann of Auersperg
Heinrich Joseph Johann Prince of Auersperg (* June 24, 1697 in Vienna, † February 9, 1783 ibid ) was the fourth prince of Auersperg and Duke of Münsterberg.
Life
Heinrich Joseph von Auersperg was the son of Franz Karl von Auersperg, 3rd Prince of Auersperg and Duke of Münsterberg. He served under Charles VI. to 1738 as Lord Chamberlain, then until 1765 as equerry and gentleman of the chamber at the court of Maria Theresa and was a close friend of Emperor Franz Stephan. He was also a Field Marshal and Lord High Steward ( Ajo ) of Emperor Joseph II. In 1780 he inherited the possessions of the Trautson family.
Auersperg married on May 21, 1719 Dominika Marie of Liechtenstein ( 1698-1724 ), a daughter of Johann Adam Andreas, Prince of Liechtenstein, Duke of Opava and hunters village, and his wife Erdmuthe Maria Theresia, Princess of Dietrich stone Nikolsburg, and had with her three children:
- Karl Josef Anton von Auersperg (1720-1800)
- Johann Adam von Auersperg (1721-1795)
- Maria Theresia von Auersperg (1722-1732)
After Marie Dominika's death in 1726 Heinrich Maria Franziska Antonia of Trautson countess married to Falkenstein ( 1708-1761 ). With his second wife he had nine children:

- Maria Theresia Franziska - Xaveria Antonia Octavia von Auersperg (1735-1800), married to Johann Joseph Graf Kinsky of Wchinitz and Tettau
- Maria Antonia von Auersperg (1739-1816), married Count of Wurmbrand - Stuppach
- Francis of Paula Prince of Auersperg (1741-1795) married Vinzenzia Baroness von Rechbach
- Maria Anna von Auersperg (1743-1816) married Joseph Wenzel of Vrbno and Freudenthal
- Johann Baptist Graf von Auersperg (1745-1816)
- Alois Franz Graf von Auersperg (1747-1817)
- Franz Xaver Graf von Auersperg (1749-1808), married to Maria Elisabeth von Kaunitz
