Heinrich Wydler

Heinrich Wydler ( born April 24, 1800 Zurich, † December 6, 1883 in Gern Bach, Baden) was a Swiss botanist. Its official botanical author abbreviation is " Wydler ".

Life and work

Wydler undertook from 1826 to 1827 an expedition to collecting plants to the West Indies. From 1828 to 1830 he worked at the Botanical Garden in Saint Petersburg.
