Hellenic Conservatory

The Hellenic Conservatory (Greek Elliniko Odio Ελληνικό Ωδείο ) is a music school in Athens. One branch is located in Vlora, Albania.

History

The Conservatory was founded in 1919 by Manolis Kalomiris, a professor of the Athens Conservatory. He campaigned from there the violinist Tony Schultze from. Kalomiris left the Conservatory in 1926 and founded the National Conservatory.
