Hello AG was a Swiss charter airline based in Basel and based on the Basel Mulhouse Freiburg Airport. She put the flight operations on 21 October 2012, unexpectedly and announced on November 26, 2012 bankruptcy.

History

Hello was founded in 2004 by Moritz Suter. This year, they took to flight operations, and has since been active in the charter sector. Primary charter destinations were served in the Mediterranean and the Red Sea. In addition to the regular vacation flights, the McDonnell Douglas MD -90 Hello served on several occasions the return of holiday travelers from crisis areas, most recently during the government crisis in Thailand in December 2008.

From autumn 2010 to spring 2011, the MD-90, the company was gradually replaced by Airbus A320 -200.

On October 21, 2012 Hello announced bankruptcy, partly because of a lack of liquidity, the termination of a contract with TUI Germany and the insolvency of two French major customers. The former chief financial officer of the Executive Committee and the Board have provided figures that would have been found after the examination by the new chief financial officer to be false. The flight was closed down with immediate effect, all the planes were at this time in Switzerland. Hello had received 2012 of bankruptcy by the end of November 2012 on October 22, so that the board and management for a recapitalization of the airline would have had time, but had to perform on 26 November 2012, the bankruptcy report.

Destinations

Hello served primarily of Zurich and Basel vacation destinations in the Mediterranean and Egypt, for example, Palma de Mallorca, Djerba, Heraklion, Hurghada.

As of July 2012 the fleet of Hello consisted of four aircraft with an average age of 13 years:
