HelpAge International

HelpAge International is a global network of organizations that is committed to the economic, social and cultural rights of older people, especially in developing countries. The network has 74 legally independent members in over 50 countries, organized jointly with more than 300 partner organizations, local aid projects. HelpAge International was founded in 1983 and headquartered in London.

The project is financed by public funds and private donations. The largest institutional donors are the European Union and the British charity Help the Aged. Helpage International is an advisory member of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations ( ECOSOC).

HelpAge Germany

HelpAge Germany is a membership organization that was founded in 2005 and is recognized as charitable. The work focuses on the development project work.
