Henry II of Namur

Henry II of Hainaut ( * 1206, † 1229 ) was from 1226 to 1229 Margrave of Namur. He was the son of the Latin Emperor Peter of Courtenay and Yolanda of Hainaut.

After the death of his brother Philip II, in 1226, he inherited the Margraviate of Namur. When in 1228 his older brother, the Latin emperor Robert died, he resigned in favor of his younger brother Baldwin to the succession.

Henry died in 1229 without issue. In the Margraviate of Namur was succeeded by his sister Margaret.
