Herbert C. Hoover Building

The Herbert C. Hoover Building is the headquarters of the Ministry of Commerce of the United States in Washington, DC.

The building is located in the 1401 Constitution Avenue NW. It belongs to a block in the south of Constitution Avenue, NW, in the north of Pennsylvania Avenue NW, is enclosed in the west of 15th Street NW and east of 14th Street NW. It is located in the Federal Triangle, east of the ellipse, north of the National Mall and west of the further building of the Ministry of Commerce, the John A. History

The Ministry of Commerce was founded after President William Howard Taft on the last day of his term of office, 4 March 1931 had signed the law on the division of the " Ministry of Trade and Labor " in the Trade and the Ministry of Labour.
