Herbert Holzing
Herbert Holzing (* 1931 in Trier, † 2000) was a German illustrator.
He studied in Karlsruhe and Trier. In the course of his work he has more than 85 books illustrated and additionally designed 120 dust jackets for books. Especially through his illustrations of Otfried Preußler " Krabat " or " The bell from the green ore " Herbert Holzing was known. His work has been recognized by international awards.
