Hermano da Silva Ramos

As called Hernando Silva Ramos Nano ( born December 7, 1925 in Paris) is a former French -Brazilian racing driver.

Da Silva Ramos was born the son of a wealthy Brazilian businessman and a French mother in France. Therefore, possessed both the Brazilian and French citizenship. His father had already contested in the 1930 car race with a Bugatti. Nanos racing career began in 1947 at smaller races in Brazil and later continued in Europe, where he earned an Aston Martin sports car race.

In the Formula 1 World Championship, he took part in the years 1955 and 1956, on cars of the Gordini brand.
