Hesham Tillawi

Hesham Tillawi (born 1964 ) is an American television talk show host and a political analyst from Louisiana.

He was elected Deputy President of the National Executive Committee of the Palestinian American Congress, 2004.

Tillawi moderates the weekly, two-hour television show Current Issues, the show was first aired in an open channel, and later it was taken over a short period of Bridges TV, a Muslim cable network. 2006, the program was withdrawn from the program and is now back in the open channel and available on the internet.

In his show Tillawi criticized the treatment of Arabs and Muslims by the state of Israel. He often employs anti-Semitic prejudices, such as the alleged control of the media by Jews. Several times he interviewed well-known anti-Semites like former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke or Holocaust denier Fredrick Toben like, Mark Weber and Bradley Smith. According to the Anti- Defamation League, the show is a " mouthpiece for the Holocaust denier." Other guests on the program have included Congressman Paul Findley, former Israeli nuclear technician, or Mordechai Vanunu. Norman Finkelstein was also in Tillawis show to guest and spoke about his controversial book The Holocaust Industry.
