After an internal editorial statute from the beginning of the 90s the hvg is a liberal magazine, especially in economic matters. The hvg sees himself in the role of a guardian of democracy and is none of the political parties. Employees feel bound to the bipartisanship.

Basically, the editors do not choose articles based on whether they harm a particular political party or are useful. However, in our opinions (Hungarian Vélemények ) exists the possibility to express political opinions and views (comment). The management of the journal is committed to ensuring that other columnists do not write music for the hvg.

The magazine often reveals relationships between the Hungarian and struts economy and politics. It operated as the first Hungarian press organ of an investigative line, and has been sued for their detective and uncomfortable reporting several times.

Final cut-off date is Tuesday evening, be made to the current changes still last. Therefore, all parts of the magazine will not be printed at the same time. The topics for the next issue to be agreed on Wednesday.
