High Tone

High Tone is a French dub band from Lyon. Founded in 1997 by High Tone five band members. High Tone based on diverse musical influences such as drum and bass, ambient, trance, and dub. After the band has self-produced their first LP and be pressed on vinyl, they signed a contract with the label Jarring Effects (Lyon). High Tone Dub is one of the major bands in France. The members of the band are friends with Kaly Live Dub and Zenzile. Inter alia with these two bands, they released collaborative projects such as Kaltone and Zentone.
