Higher Intelligence Agency

The Higher Intelligence Agency is the music project of Bobby Bird and part-time collaborator Dave Wheels. The project was founded in 1992 as an experiment for live performances at Birds Oscillate parties.

Bird also runs the record label Head Phone Records and is in the Modulate collective co-organizes festivals, concerts and performances.
