Hilko Ristau

Hilko Ristau ( born April 24, 1974 in Bremerhaven ) is a former German football player.

Prior to joining Rot-Weiss Essen Ristau was active at FC Bremerhaven, VfL Bochum and at SG Wattenscheid 09. In his career he has played 13 first division matches ( no goals ) and 132 second-division games in which he scored eleven goals. In addition, he played for the first FC Saarbrücken and Bonner SC. In the summer of 2007 he returned to Bonner SC, where he ended his career in 2009.

Hilko Ristau lives in Cologne and has a distance education program for sports management completed.
