Hiroshi Miyazawa

Miyazawa Hiroshi (Japanese宫 泽 弘; born September 22, 1921 in Shibuya, Tokyo Prefecture, † 26 May 2012) was a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party ( LDP), who was governor of Hiroshima Prefecture, among others, as well as Minister of Justice.

Life

Miyazawa came from an influential family of politicians: His father Yutaka Miyazawa was a member of the lower house ( Shūgiin ), while his older brother Kiichi Miyazawa was between 1991 and 1993 Prime Minister of Japan.
